Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Galaxy Brainer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. User eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or 16 where required by applicable law, to create an account. By using the service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Fair play & prohibited conduct

To maintain the integrity of the Stellar Zenith rankings, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or software to play games or submit scores.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit game logic or API endpoints.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the service or its security.

4. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful behavior, or if it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service. Individual scores or ranking data may be removed in such cases.

5. Scores and account deletion

You can export your account and game data from your profile settings. If you delete your account, your personal account identity and profile are removed. Some game results may remain in anonymized form to preserve leaderboard integrity, prevent abuse, and maintain service statistics.

6. Service availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime caused by technical failures, maintenance, or "Force Majeure" events beyond our control (e.g., infrastructure provider outages).

Galaxy Brainer is for entertainment and educational purposes only and is not a medical diagnostic tool.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including game designs, code, and graphics, is the property of the owner and is protected by copyright laws. Personal, non-commercial use only is permitted.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version here. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cracow, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
